1. Send the wrong goods

2. Customized embossed products
Customized embossed products, non-quality problems, do not support return.
Special note, the following circumstances will not be returned
1. The product pictures and information on the webpage are for reference only. The color difference between the actual product and the webpage publicity pictures may be caused by the shooting lights and the color difference of different displays. This is not a quality problem and will not be returned.
2. If the customer misreports the reason for the return due to the difference between the customer’s personal ability or use environment and the attributes of the product, the product will not be returned
3. Product damage caused by personal reasons will not be returned
